Reed MIDEM is looking for a Social Media Manager to organize the presence and development of our brands of real estate shows on social networks
- 6 months contract
 
Within the Digital Marketing Department, the Social Media Manager will be responsible for the animation and growth of our various real estate brand accounts on social media. This includes the following responsibilities:
 
  • Define the "social media" strategy of each of our real estate events, taking into account the business objectives of each brand and the digital strategy of Reed MIDEM;
  • Manage the deployment of this strategy through a detailed engagement plan (marketing and editorial plan);
  • Manage the content strategy of our blogs and ensure its editorial line and calendar planning;
  • Identify, recruit and retain influencers in collaboration with brand management teams and content
  • Alerting key or sensitive information to commercial teams, marketing, conferences…
  • Being the online "voice" of Reed MIDEM real estate events on and off-line
  • Measure the effectiveness of social media actions with monthly reports and propose corrective actions;
  • Collaborate with the Acquisition team for the implementation & optimisation of social media advertising campaigns (SMA);
  • Organize events with industry communities (Meet Ups, panels on our shows and elsewhere, etc ...);
  • Formalise know-how and "best practices" in the field of "social media;
  • Promote the use of social networks within the company (show management, press, commercial, conferences ...) in accordance with the group's "Social Media Policy";
  • Supervise and organise the activity of internal and external stakeholders on RM social networks: press, industry influencers, PR agencies, contributors to blogs…;
  • Optimise Social Media accounts and platforms in collaboration with IT and the E-Products & Services Department
 
You will evolve in a dynamic and international setting, with trips to Cannes and London for our events!

You have :
  • Experience (3-5 years) on similar functions in a B2B environment,
  •  A good knowledge of social media issues
  •  Excellent interpersonal skills and a sense of teamwork 
  • Strong work capacity and good resistance to stress
  • A regular activity or experience on Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, and Instagram
 
You are :
  •  English mother tongue (excellent writing skills required)
  •  Curious, with an innovative spirit, and a strong digital culture
  •  Proactive and organized
