The Role
To drive the implementation and use of broader automation tools and services, introducing a holistic view which unifies channels and customer engagement touch points, managing a team of campaign professionals to ensure effective delivery


Key Responsibilities
• From the monitoring of specific campaigns, collaborating with the Demand, Content and Marketing Managers on best practice and new innovations integrate recommendations into the “design” phase as we continually improve our marketing automation engine
• Understand and develop the data and data structures, in addition to ensuring the quality and usability of data is maintained to help execute better campaigns and drive greater return
• Working with the Database and Analytics team; analyse and report on all aspects of campaigns, work to optimise performance and fine tune demand-generation programs
• Driving awareness and engagement across the business regarding campaign and sales management, including profiling and registration with the relevant business teams
• Driving the implementation and use of broader automation tools and services, introducing a holistic view which unifies channels and customer engagement touchpoints - leading to greater customer engagement
• Manage a team which proactively works with the business and broader teams to provide technical support, solutions and best practice implementation in order to deliver fantastic customer experiences
• Work with the Content Marketing Manager and Demand Marketing Manager to develop, introduce and deliver improved customer journeys, supported by automated campaigns and real time communications in order to provide an increasingly personalised customer experience
• Manage the updating of emails in Eloqua with the Campaign Associate. Ensure they are clearly briefed and have the right information to populate emails on time

Monitoring and Measuring Effectiveness

Define appropriate measurements for the plan and monitor their use

 

Evaluate activities and recommend improvements using measurement data and analytics

Develop and manage the implementation of a social media monitoring plan to manage social reputation
