Job Requirements:

Candidates will be required to show their dynamism, have a passion for selling premium products, the ability to think of ways of developing business by creating and launching new products and services, be team oriented, results driven, well organised, and have the capacity to understand and adapt to different cultures.

In addition, the Sales Manager must have:
  • A clear understanding of the international television and digital content industry or the ability to learn about these sectors quickly.
  • At least 5 years of sales or business development experience.
  • The ability interact with C-level clients in order to propose multiple solutions adapted to clients’ objectives (exhibition space, sponsorship, print and online advertising, street marketing, visitor sales…).
  • Excellent customer management/relations skills.
  • An excellent track record in growing revenues within a business unit.

Based in London, the Sales Manager will be expected to undertake extensive travel within the UK and Ireland, attend MIPTV and MIPCOM in Cannes twice a year. Trips to Paris to attend team meetings will also be involved.

Salary Package:
  • Basic salary package £35K-£40K depending on experience.
  • Results-based bonus of up to 30% of Basic Package
  • At-show per dieum
  • 25 days holiday per year
