We are looking for Sales Executives to develop our visitors’ portfolio on our Real Estate & TV trade shows

You are in charge of increasing the turnover and / or the number of accredited visitors (paying or non-paying) by prospecting new customers, increasing First Timers and existing customers retention. You might be asked to sell additional added value services.

 
This includes the following activities:
  • Prospecting new customers and ensure retention of first timers/existing customers in accordance with the trade show strategy
  • Post-show monitoring of key targets (eg: first timers)
  • updating and enriching the database (identification of key contacts, search for new bases)
  • Reporting of the activity: follow-up of the action plan and monitoring of campaigns (SFDC).
 

The success of this mission includes:

 
  • Building and updating email templates and scripts
  • Potential trips to the shows with meetings and personalized support for key customers on site
  • The development of a close relationship with the KAMs in charge of your territories and / or segments
  • Good knowledge of the Real Estate sector and the different targets in the market via the development of your professional network, presence on social networks,...
  • Regular sharing of information with the KAMs in the territories entrusted, in order to develop and implement a common strategy.

This job may be for you if…
You have:
  • followed higher education (Bac + 4/5) with an emphasis on Sales
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales development in an international environment and ideally in B2B
  • An excellent level of English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonnal skills
 You are:
  • Result oriented and able to close sales,
  • Organized, dynamic and proactive
  • Able to deal with high level interlocutors
 In addition,
  • • You have a strong team spirit,
  • • You are comfortable with CRM tools (eg Sales Force).
