Reed MIDEM is looking for a Sales Executive M/F – Permanent contract

 
Details about the job...
 

You are responsible for visitor revenue by developing direct and indirect sales of esport visitors internationally. You also contribute to the global turnover of esport events by developing databases and identifying new potential customers.

 
1 / Development of direct and indirect visitor sales
 
  • Analyze the potentials and build the sales action plan
  • Contact former customers, understand their expectations and propose solutions to renew them
  • Prospect new customers, understand their expectations and propose the most suitable solutions/offers
  • Promote Esport events at competing events
  • Identify and negotiate agreements with relays of sales: ex associations, schools, incubators...
  • Follow up on the activity using the CRM tools in place and ensure the reporting of your commercial activity.
 
2 / Development of databases and lead generation
 
  • In collaboration with the entire sales team, identify priority needs (targets, segments, geographies) and sources to enrich the databases;
  • Identify leads via searches, reading or on social networks ...;
  • Propose and monitor, in connection with the CRM department, qualification campaigns to identify 'hot' leads;
  • Identify potential leads to generate upsell on other products.

This job may be for you if… 
 
You have:
 
  • A higher education (Bac + 4/5) oriented Commercial / Sales
  • 2/3 years of experience on a similar job, in an international environment
  • Excellent level of English and French
  • Mastery of the Office Pack, and a good knowledge of SalesForce
 
You are:
 
  • Endowed with a strong commercial sense, a hunter-like temperament
  • Strongly result oriented, and able to adapt to a demanding environment
  • Able to work in a team, with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Methodical, structured, able to control your commercial activity autonomously
