ABOUT REED MIDEM’s REAL ESTATE DIVISION: 
Reed MIDEM’s Real Estate Division has three market leading brands with a truly global reach.  MIPIM is the world’s largest international real estate event attracting over 26,0000 attendees from over 100 countries to the French Riviera, completely taking over the city of Cannes for a week of business!  MAPIC is the leading international retail & real estate event, with over 8,000 attendees, from over 80 countries, again taking place in the beautiful city of Cannes.  Finally, MIPIM Proptech brings together the international technology and real estate community, taking place in three global hubs, New York, Paris and Hong Kong, establishing itself as the must attend event in each region!   
 
WHAT’S EXCITING ABOUT THIS JOB:
You have a key role in the sales team and provide sales coordination for several Real Estate tradeshows. This includes the following functions :
 
•    Provide administrative support of day-to-day operations
•    Assist VP of sales and marketing in creating and disseminating targeted marketing campaigns to U.S. sales prospects
•    Sales Administration: perform database management  and contract entry (Salesforce.com); prepare sales contracts; administer client accounts, interface with Paris office to meet U.S. client needs 
•    Organize monthly sales reports, sales forecasts and sales pipeline
•    Liaise with the Paris office for all marketing collateral for mailings and tradeshows
•    Coordinate promotional materials for all tradeshows
•    Annual travel to France and administrative work on-site for MIPIM and MAPIC tradeshows
•    Assist VP with travel arrangements, calendar management and other administrative needs.
 
 
SKILLSETS AND REQUIREMENTS:
You have :
  • 2 to 3 years of experience as a Sales Assistant, in an international environment
  • A good command of Microsoft Office and a CRM (SFDC)
  • Good writing skills
  • Result oriented with good analytical skills
You are :
  • Structured, comfortable with tools and report production.
  • Curious and able to adapt to a demanding environment
