Reed MIDEM is looking for a Sales Coordinator to actively contribute to improving sales efficiency
M / F – Permanent contract
 
 
  • Calculate the contribution, the pipeline and the progress of the sales campaigns of the sales representatives on a weekly basis and prepare the communication masks for the ISG teams
  • Extract and transmit to sales teams the different sales tracking files (reporting, statistics, sales performance)
  • Create and formalize sales support tools for internal teams as well as external service providers
  • Monitor and actively participate in projects related to commercial efficiency
  • Create dashboards, retroplannings and project tracking tables
  • Formalize commercial efficiency processes and ensure their application
  • Manage various requests from different teams
  • Ensure the organization of kick-off meetings and sales teams seminars
  • - Respond to various incoming requests (mail & tel) in collaboration with the Networks Sales Director.
 
The key to success on the job :
 
  • A good knowledge of Reed MIDEM's commercial organization as a whole
  • Close collaboration with the director of sales and commercial efficiency as well as visiting sales teams
  • Good knowledge of marketing tools
  • A rigorous holding of the reports and files of follow-up of the sales
  • Progressive proactivity that can improve the commercial efficiency on all channels.

 
This job may be for you if ...
 
You have :
  • 2 to 3 years of experience as a Sales Assistant, in an international environment
  • A good level of English
  • A good command of Microsoft Office and a CRM (SFDC)
  • Good writing skills
  • Result oriented with good analytical skills
 
You are :
  • Structured, comfortable with tools and report production.
  • Curious and able to adapt to a demanding environment
