The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Analyst to join our Sales team on a Fixed Term Contract in our Sydney based office. The Sales Analyst will primarily be responsible for:

  • Managing the operational support and workflow for sales lead generation
  • Maintaining business processes- the flow of data within and between processes
  • Recommending process improvement for better campaigns related to data quality and effectiveness
  • Supporting Sales Managers
  • Creating and maintaining SFDC (Salesforce) ad hoc reporting/dashboards as needed
  • Implementing  best practice in campaign management for visitor sales teams
  • Working with SFDC platform to manage campaigns, role hierarchy and data quality related processes
  • Delegate sales campaign set up governance and training for internal stakeholders
  • Owning the relationship with various internal stakeholders to ensure proper execution of lead generation campaigns
  • Manage projects to roll out and install lead generation strategies for show teams
  • Provide CRM trainings to new sales starters
  • Manage relationship with our Manila based shared services team and deliver monthly business reviews to our Sales Director
  • Work closely with our outsourced shared services support sales teams to provide support for our sales accelerator team



This is an initial 6 month contract role.

About you:

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • 4 - 5  years of sales/business/sales operations support experience
  • Hands-on experience with business processes across multiple data domains (Sales, Marketing)
  • Experience in referring to sales guidelines and policies
  • Solid understanding and experience with Salesforce CRM
  • Clear understanding of ‘Lead to Opportunity’ business processes
  • Great analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Hands on experience in creating sales / leads campaigns, queues, building reports and dashboards
  • Understanding of Marketing campaign execution and demand generation (experience with marketing automation systems like Eloqua will be well regarded)
  • Team player and able to work across cross-functional teams
  • Ability to take ownership of project delivery and multi-task on multiple projects/work with cross-functional teams)
  • Advanced skills and expertise in Salesforce, MS Excel and MS Access
  • Highly functional in a dynamic environment
  • A keen interest in sales lead generation
  • Experience managing relationships with offshore shared services teams is desirable
