Reed MIDEM is looking for a Sales Administration Coordinator M/F – Permanent contract

You are in charge of the implementation of the deployment of our trade shows in the systems and guarantee the administrative and commercial implementation, with a view to optimizing commercial efficiency. This includes the following responsibilities:
  • coordinating the creation of sales contracts, in compliance with the Reed MIDEM procedures (compliance, registration of exchange agreements, proposal of new solutions),
  • the opening of the trade shows in the systems (Pascom, AOL, Easyadmin, ...),
  • registration of the product catalog and associated tariffs,
  • administration and management of advertising products for sales follow-up,
  • the setting of sales hierarchies and objectives in the reporting tools,
  • the creation of new offers, services,
  • Management of optimization projects of our internal tools and processes.
 
You coordinate with teams to take into account Reed MIDEM procedures for the treatment of contracts, and propose specific internal procedures. You check the compliance of stands, advertising, products and sponsorship contracts.
 
You ensure the on-site management for the delivery of customer badges, prepare and coordinate the accreditation area upstream.


This job may be for you if… 
 
You have:
 
  • A higher education (Bac + 2) oriented Sales/ Administration
  • 2 years of experience on a similar job, in an international environment
  • Excellent level of English and French
  • Mastery of the Office Pack, and conformable with new IT tools
 
You are:
  • Strong listening and interpersonal skills (internal / external)
  • Customer service/satisfaction oriented
  • Able to work in a team and independently
