- 2 years of experience on a similar job, in an international environment
- Excellent level of English and French
- Mastery of the Office Pack, and conformable with new IT tools
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills (internal / external)
- Customer service/satisfaction oriented
- Able to work in a team and independently
