Sales Manager - Real Estate Events (based in Boulogne Billancourt, 92, France) - Permanent contract

Bring your commercial expertise to promote the Innovation in the Real Estate industry.

Within the Real Estate Division, you are responsible for revenue in Europe by developing the sales of our Real Estate events portfolio (MIPIM / Mapic / PropTech) and their international extensions to the key target of innovative companies (startups …). You are a real ambassador of Innovation in Real Estate field.


The job in details…

  • You are in charge of the renewal, retention of existing clients and you develop the portfolio by prospecting new clients. You set up and execute an annual sales plan.
  • You keep track of the industry trends and new products, in order to propose tailored solutions to your clients/prospects.
  • You promote our shows on competitive events and to the press and federations.
  • You participate in creating specific communication tools. You participate in specific strategic projects.
  • You monitor you sales activity through existing CRM tools.

Furthermore you will be the project manager for a complete format dedicated to innovation at the Mapic exhibition (world leader in the field of retail real estate / shopping centers).

This job is designed for you if…

You have:

  • A higher education degree in Sales,
  • A confirmed professional experience in international sales development, in a B to B environment,
  • An interest in digital, new technologies and innovation

You are :
  • Result driven, with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in French and English. A 3rd language will be a plus
  • Able to deal with C-level interlocutors and close deals
