MIPIM PropTech New York is a B2B event dedicated to technological innovation in the real estate and building industry. Positioned as the leader in NYC, it welcomed more than 1,000 delegates in 2018 from nearly 50 nations, with a good balance of real estate, tech and institutional players. During this event, participants can attend high-level conferences, spend time networking and discovering tech innovation thanks to a large exhibition hall. MIPIM is the leading international real estate event in the world, organized every year in Cannes, France.



The key priorities for this role will include driving attendance of this event by developing a deep understanding of organizations, their key priorities and agendas.  Will be responsible for developing diverse contacts, participating in industry related events and building commercial and non -commercial partnerships.


Central to this role will be the creation and development of a business development and relationship building strategy, mainly in the US and North America.  This individual must be comfortable calling on major players in the Corporate Real Estate Industry and its Associations, as well as major US based tech companies.


Will also identify media providers and conference opportunities that add value to the show and drive attendance.  Will develop new networking opportunities in the ecosystem (advisory board, satellite events…) to enhance the show’s content and relevance to the industry.


Conference & Content Strategy:

In coordination with MIPIM PropTech Head of Content and Innovation, will develop a successful content strategy for both major and satellite events.  Using a customer centric approach, will develop formats, identify relevant topics and recruit guest speakers.


Will work together with Marketing and Content teams to offer best partnership opportunities in Paris and New York.

Will work with Sales teams to maximize business opportunities in Paris and NYC

Opportunities to coordinate with Partnership and Business Development teams in Paris

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent business experience, preferably in international trade

  • Minimum of 5 year business development experience preferably in the following:

    • in Real Estate Industry (traditional real estate or related trade show)

    • in consulting functions in a strategy and management consulting firm, or in any other corporate position (Corporate Development, Strategic Marketing, Brand Management or Business Development),

  • Good interpersonal skills with all types of stakeholders (cross-functional & cross-hierarchical)

  • An excellent level of English. French will be a plus

    Frequent travel within the US and Paris required
