Job Purpose:

To effectively support the Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) in their busy schedules by managing their day to day administrative needs.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

-      Provide comprehensive and confidential PA support to the MD

-      Help ensure time management efficiencies for the SLT through pro-active diary planning, organisation of meetings, interviews and international conference calls, keeping them informed of any additions/changes

-      Organise business trips (local and international) including flights, accommodation, car hire, appointments, location maps, ensuring all details are added into diaries

-      Keep abreast of MD’s priorities, ensure timely signatures on departmental documents and manage post through regular one-on-one catch ups

-      Manage expenses, reconciling with online AMEX/Citi statement and submit regular expense claims

-      Produce (or amend/reformat where necessary), accurate documents, letters, reports, graphs, spreadsheets and Powerpoint presentations 

-      Organising events / workshops & social events

-      Answer telephones and take messages and where needed respond by telephone to questions/general queries.

-      Office Management duties

-      Tact and discretion

Experience Required:

-      Demonstrable experience supporting senior management as a PA 

-      Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

-      International travel & visas experience
