National Account Manager

The National Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, making new sales of our products and services and co-creating new products with prospective clients.

The person will ultimately be responsible for meeting revenue objectives for given products and services within the designated current book of clients and prospective clients.

This person will work with the Managing Director, Product, Analytics and Technology teams in capturing the voice of the customer on product creation and needs and report to the organization on how best to position the product within the market.


  1. Manage and focus activities resulting in exceeding revenue objectives.
  2. Coordinate and drive new business initiatives, including voice of customer sessions.
  3. Open up new accounts and up sell / cross sell to existing account base.
  4. Develop and deliver an effective sales business plan including accurate sales revenue forecasts, marketing support strategies, sales promotions/campaigns, and identification of competitive threats and development of effective countermeasures.
  5. Coordinate consultative fundamental sales skills, competition, industry specific, and related regulation and compliance trainings.
  6. Foster a competitive, aggressive, and winning environment with recognition and promoting professional growth.


  1. 7-10 years of sales experience within insurance and/or data solutions industries
  2. Proven successful sales track record. Product development and/or marketing experience will be a plus.
  3. Fluent in English and Portuguese
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
