You take charge of the Assistantship of the CEO of Reed MIDEM and the Chief Financial Officer:

  • Management of complex agendas, organization of meetings, writing documents (FR / ANG), translation of various documents;
  • Organization of trips abroad (tickets, hotels, visas) and in France during our tradeshows: organization of schedules and clients meetings, preparation of files (search for information / statistics / biographies);
  • Speeches updates and modifications, sending post-event thank you notes;
  • Writing and layout of monthly activity reports.
 

You participate in the organization of various internal / external events:

  • Participation in the organization of annual general meetings (invitations, room reservation and technical logistics) and corporate events (eg end-of-year dinner);
  • Organizing corporate gifts and keeping the customer gift registry.
 

You could provide one-off support to the Finance / Legal Department: monitoring of service contracts (electronic platform), management of purchase requests, participation in department meetings, etc.

 

You also coordinate various charity actions led by Reed MIDEM:

  • Steering of an internal charity committee: drafting agendas, writing reports;
  • Coordination of various initiatives (book collecting, solidarity shopping, cake sales, lottery, ...);
  • Charity partnership project follow-up (a chosen association per year, supported by the company)
  • Participation in monthly meetings with other Group Business Units contacts on these actions and annual reports;
  • Management of communication actions internally: production of posters for events, preparation of communication tools for the company.

This job may be for you if...

 
You have:
  • A higher education (Bac +3 minimum) in Management Assistantship
  • 5 years of experience minimum on a similar job, in an international environment
  • Excellent level of English and French
  • Excellent command of the Pack Office and Outlook
 
You are:
  • Used to working in a team, with excellent interpersonal skills and a great sense of service
  • Autonomous on operational aspects, able to adapt to a demanding environment,
  • Able to anticipate topics and structure your activity
  • Source of proposal, knowing how to take initiatives.
