This client-facing position supports the Client Education Services team with client care, LNU administration, event coordination and day-to-day training delivery support situations. 


1. Deliver high-quality customer service to our training participants. 
2. Manage and administer the LNU blog. 
3. Coordinate the scheduling of custom onsite and online training classes. 
4. Support the extended BoL Services team and events.

1. Client Care:  
Manages training department inbox for communication and registrations. Responsible for planning and executing on logistics for classroom-based training courses. 

2. LNU administration: 
Upload class schedules and manage changes. Manage monthly reporting. 

3. Services Meeting: 
Communicate with vendors and stakeholders to schedule and deliver a multi-day services conference. Maintain all session and room assignments and creates segment agendas working with planning team. Responsible for all amenities and accommodations as well as any associated contract negotiations. 

4. Team Administration:  
Liaison with facilities to coordinate on-site training resources. Send communication and meeting notices to PSO team as needed. Coordinate timely delivery of appropriate training materials for onsite training. Assess quality of training facilities and other vendors and adjusts scheduling and planning.

7. Associates or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred
