The Project Coordinator will manage the roll-out of digital products across multiple platforms, working closely with internal and external partners on projects that are data intensive. This is a hands-on-role and requires a technically savvy professional with a bent for innovation and creativity.  Candidate must possess a selfless / team-orientated attitude, and be a proven problem-solver with a track record of delivering results against aggressive timelines.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.    Develop and manage project timelines with critical milestones and dependencies 

2.    Coordinate internal and external deliverables

3.    Interact with partner teams and vendors to improve exhibitor and attendee satisfaction

4.    Communicate status of projects to stakeholders

5.    Share technical skills, knowledge, and best practices with team members

6.    Assist in definition of business requirements

7.    Investigate and troubleshoot data discrepancies and platform issues

8.    Perform UAT (usability acceptance testing) and QA (quality assurance)

9.    Manage estimates, quotes, and invoicing

10.  Maintain vendor relationships as well as department ones in areas of responsibility

 

 

·         Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university; marketing or other job-related concentration preferred

·         2 to 4 years work experience in same or related field

·         Must have strong Excel skills

·         Experience with usability acceptance testing / quality assurance

·         Knowledge of the digital landscape and an eagerness to learn and grow

·         Must be both creative and able to work without constant overview

·         Strong verbal communications skills

·         Must be able to execute multiple projects simultaneously

·         Experience with HTML

·         Creative problem-solving skills

·         Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and relationship-building skills

·         Experience with Salesforce, Exact Target and Eloqua a plus
