Reed MIDEM is looking for a HR Data Officer
Permanent Contract


Within the Human Resources Department (team of 8 people) and under the responsibility of the Company Process Director, as a HR Data Officer, you will take charge of the following two areas: sales commissions that will allow you to be very business-oriented and multiply contacts internally; and datas to structure the production of HR data.


• Sales Commissions


In close relationship with the Sales Directors and the Finance Department, you administer all the management processes of the various Sales Commissions plans existing within the company (scope: France, UK, US, HK, Italy):
  • producing sales contract,
  • monitoring targets and objectives,
  • monthly calculation of bonuses,
  • calculation of end-of-year provisions.
Proactive, you contribute to the evolution of current processes and systems in line with the strategic company goals and the evolution of external practices in terms of Sales Commissions.

You ensure good communication on this topic by establishing a commented reporting for the Management and the HR Partners.


• Data


You participate in structuring of data relating to Human Resources, in order to improve the quality and to make the reporting more reliable, in a logic of efficiency.

You analyze the needs of the HR team, the Corporate Management and the Reed Exhibitions Group to create the relevant indicators, set up the required dashboards and queries.

You will be responsible for producing the social report, the mandatory annual reports related to company agreements, the monthly monitoring of the workforce and participate in the preparation of annual salary revisions.

You also ensure the production of the monthly HR data reporting to the Reed Exhibitions Group: management of the data production schedule, relaunch of the relevant contacts and compilation of information. You are creative to simplify and harmonize the production of data.

In connection with the Recruitment Manager and Payroll Manager, you participate in the development of payroll budgets / forecasts: handling of the payroll tracking tool (SMS), entering budget assumptions (starters, leavers, promotion,…) and transmission of requests to the Finance Department.

This job is designed for you if…

You have :

  • a post graduate degree in HR (oriented social management control) or Finance (management control oriented),
  • significant experience in Compensation & Benefits functions, management control and / or social management control acquired ideally in international companies or consulting firms,
  • a fluent level of French and English (many exchanges with our collaborators abroad will be required),
  • skills in computer tools (expert on Excel). Knowledge of a payroll software would be a real plus

  • a good analytical, critical and synthesis spirit to quickly integrate the problems presented,
  • a good communication skills to interact with different interlocutors, as well as an ability to work in a team, in a matrix environment in constant evolution,
  • a pronounced taste for numbers and thorough with data management
  • a strong HR culture to understand the evolving issues within the HR team.
