Job Summary:
The Project Lead is responsible for gathering, validating and defining requirements that will resolve business-related problems, administer control of records & reports, and meet key strategic organizational goals. This includes regular delivery and continuous transformation of regular performance dashboards by the leadership team, project prioritization on key focus areas to be developed into Tableau reports,  evaluate and analyze key milestone metrics including status reporting, root cause analyzing and providing calculated recommendations, risk management, escalation of issues that cannot be resolved in the team, and general project support to ensure project is delivered in budget, on schedule, and within scope.
  • Performs investigational analysis and evaluation to determine project or report feasibility.
  • Estimates resource and record management requirements and creates plans, timelines, milestones, user approvals, charts and reports for use in managing an assigned project.
  • Create queries and maintain reliability of reporting tools.
  • Estimate, monitor and document project hours for scoping reporting requests
  • Prepares and maintains documentation, including procedures, system specifications, technical documentation, computer training materials and user manuals in compliance with legal and regulatory authorities and records management best practices.
  • Prepares feasibility studies; recommends and establishes program objectives, priorities and schedules.
  • Establish and manage project expectations with client group.
  • Successfully manage customer project through report delivery.
  • Disseminates information on any problems or potential delays and escalates issues to management attention.
  • Makes special effort to respond to coworkers and clients in a timely and helpful manner.
  • Remains aware of any potential problems and works to mitigate any risks (provides root cause analysis and recommended actions).
  • Monitors tasks deliverables and progress through continuous communication with project members.
  • Coordinates and monitors requirements gathering work-stream for the project (s) from initiation through delivery.
  • Bachelor’s Degree Holder
  • YB-certified or GB-trained preferred
  • Basic to Intermediate Project Management skills (has handled a project previously)
  • A motivated individual with a great sense of responsibility
  • A work ethic of dependability through punctuality, flexibility, and adaptability to perform as an efficient, detail-oriented team player
  • Knowledge in Tableau and Advanced Knowledge in Reports, Windows Applications such as PowerPoint and Excel
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with displayed levels of knowledge, skills and responsibilities
  • Achievement-oriented, excellent computer, communication, analytical and problem solving skills, specializing in project management, reports and analytics, and process improvement
