Overview of the Role:

We are looking for a passionate Advertising Coordinator (Junior Graphic Designer/Finished Artist) to join our team on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract (FTC) position. This role is within one of our centralised high performing Event Production teams, where you will be responsible for administration and design elements as well as customer service support for a number of our industry leading exhibitions.

Responsibilities include:

This multifaceted role includes:

  • Liaising with clients via email and phone
  • Coordinating all print-ready artwork materials between our clients and the design department
  • Amending and manipulating adverts/artwork where required and provide updates to the team
  • Liaise with Event Production, Marketing and Sales to collate content for the trade guide
  • Check artwork files supplied and advise and educate clients in regards to the supply of material as per our specifications
  • Liaise with the Print & Distribution Manager to obtain printing quotes and purchase orders within budget and on time
  • Proof the trade guide at all stages of production and work closely with the Event Production team on final sign-off for printer files.
  • Assist the Customer Service team onsite at the Exhibition with general event co-ordination duties and manning of the customer service desk, liaising with both visitors and exhibitors face to face


To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Accurate record keeping, attention to detail, strong organisational and administration skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Fast learner
  • Team player
  • Intermediate Photoshop skills – with print/graphics knowledge
  • Basic Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel skills
  • Knowledge on other Adobe Creative Suites programs (not essential).
