This role will be the key interface between the Talent Development Function and the Workday implementation team.  The primary objective of this role is to link the technical change requirements of Workday implementation with our broader change initiative focused on redesigning the organization’s approach to performance.  The individual will need a solid understanding of change management principles and methodologies coupled with a strong process orientation.  This role will also take the lead role in testing the system and processes working closely with our HRIS team.  They will also be responsible for creating all help text and guidance notes within the system and will be responsible for process mapping the new approach to performance for all key stakeholder groups.  They will contribute to the phased roll-out plan and will then support the subsequent roll-out of Workday Learning in the organization.


·         Identify all help/guidance text to be integrated within the Workday Performance, Talent, and subsequent Learning module build.

·         Author all help/guidance text to be integrated within the Workday Performance, Talent and Learning module build

·         Take primary responsibility for testing within the Talent Development function

·         Map out workflow and process maps for the new approach to performance and talent within the Workday system

·         Work closely with the Performance Talent Manager to ensure that the Workday change management plan and the Performance change management plan are aligned and integrated where needed

·          Ensure that any needed links out of workday to support resources are identified, incorporated into the system, tested, and ready for launch

·         working with the Learning team and Performance Manager to ensure that changes to performance management (beyond system training) are built into exiting learning programmes

Qualifications and Competencies:

·         Degree qualified or equivalent in Change Management/Process Engineering

·         Must have previous Workday implementation experience as a consultant including experience of the Performance and Talent modules

·         Must have a strong user experience and design focus

·         Functional and business process knowledge within Workday,

·         Previous experience working with external integration vendors or internal integrations partners

·         Advanced critical thinking and impact analysis skills

·         Excellent project management skills

·         Strong Process orientation and mapping experience

·         Ability to develop a methodical and logical approach

·         Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy

·         Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

·         Strong ability to interact with technical, functional and business teams  

·         Strong communication skills

·         Excellent Microsoft Office skills Work
