Job Purpose:

 

This role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and Leads a team of Customer Engagement Managers for the geographic regions with the following requirements:


- Ensuring sales population have the right collateral to support them in customer interactions
- Nurturing sales ready leads to maximize chance of purchase and renewal
- Generating demand for solutions – targeting cross and up sell opportunities
- Engaged customer and prospects in local market, prioritized by potential
- Locally executable marketing and communications strategy and plan
- Help develop a network of relevant partners and alliance relationships to jointly deliver campaigns

 

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

 

- Partnering with Marketing Strategy team to ensure development of cohesive marketing plans
- Document customer needs in market
- Regional/Country marketing strategy and communications plan with key themes for region
- Local partner and alliance framework
- Buyer personas localized and audience specific campaigns that are designed or bespoke for market
- Content adapted for local market
- Feed into global marketing and communications strategy region specific inputs
- Local content plans and communications framework
- Campaign strategy and key campaigns to be executed through year/quarter aligned to strategic themes
- Program/campaign metrics
- Demand process mapped to identify opportunities to optimize
- Campaign success criteria jointly agreed with Product and Sales
- Sales collateral including whitepapers, thought leadership
- Buyer journey maps
- Project plans for campaigns
- Campaign results
- Program health assessment
- Partner with marketing events team to ensure we optimize our exposure

Experience Required:

 

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent.
- Demonstrable direct marketing experience in software/solutions/information technology.
- Experience in the airline/aerospace/travel sector would be a great benefit.
- Successful launch and management of global marketing campaigns.
- Led a team of campaign and customer engagement personnel.
