Talent Acquisition Relationship Manager

 

The Talent Acquisition Relationship Manager is the 'face to the business' of the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (CoE) interfacing with the Hiring Manager and the HRBP, executing on recruitment strategy, as well as serving as the "face of the firm" to candidates and potential candidates. The Talent Acquisition Relationship Manager owns and manages a disciplined, consistent end-to-end recruitment process, from intake & planning, to sourcing then selection and assessment, on to the interview and finally to hire.

 

Accountabilities:

1. In partnership with the Hiring Manager (HM) and the HRBP, owns the early planning activities and the requisition creation relating to recruiting for an open role

2. Owns the recruitment process management as well as the 'control' of the recruitment process

3. Manages the internal client relationship (HM and HRBP)

4. Manages the candidate pool

5. Manages the relationship with external agencies

Qualifications

1. 5-7 years' recruiting experience including 5 years' corporate experience managing a minimum of ~20 reqs at any one time

2. Proven success with multiple sourcing channels including direct and proactive social media sourcing experience

3. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills

4. As required: a subject matter expertise i.e. campus recruitment experience AND/OR sales or technology recruitment experience

5. Well-honed business acumen

6. Maturity, positive 'can do' attitude and a sense of humor

7. Undergraduate degree

8. Experience with a global RPO model preferred.
