Sales Support Specialist - ICIS - Houston
The Sales Support Specialist is a key member of the ICIS-Americas sales team, and works with the sales and marketing teams to grow new business from new customers and meet revenue goals. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.

Responsibilities:
· Responding to and qualifying inbound web leads and assigning them to the appropriate ICIS sales person
· Emailing and calling prospects to interest them in the ICIS solution
· Scheduling meetings between prospects and appropriate ICIS sales person
· Researching leads from the ICIS web site, following up with them and assigning them to the proper ICIS sales person
· Discovering new leads through internet research and social media monitoring/commenting
· Supporting ICIS marketing efforts by assisting in online, direct mail and other marketing campaigns
· Supporting the ICIS sales team by assisting with data gathering, analyzing and other pre-sales activities
- Present our company to potential clients
- Develop well-rounded understanding of ICIS sales philosophy, market and customers.

Qualifications:
· 4 year / Bachelor's Degree preferred; a combination of relevant experience and education may be considered; High School Diploma required
· 1-2 Years’ experience in a SaaS technology based business (preferred)
· Strong Communication Skills
· Excellent Interpersonal Skills
· Excellent Organizational Skills
· Ability to interact effectively with prospects and customers via phone and email
· Strong attention to detail
· Ability to work independently and coordinate well with other team members
· Proficient with Microsoft Office
