The Product Manager II will own and drive product features and internal company initiatives to continue growing, strengthening, and enhancing the LexisNexis Risk Solutions portfolio of industry leading business risk and marketing solutions. Will lead product execution, develop product requirements, manage backlogs and work closely within cross-functional teams to develop and maintain product ideas that solve customer problems.


The Product Manager II will own one or more product features and lead project execution within the Finance Crimes Compliance space. Will own product development plans, document new feature ideas. Will prioritize and communicate production customer issues and defects based on relevant data for timely resolution as well as lead the demo to key stakeholders at program milestones meetings. The Product Manager II will become the Subject Matter Expert for world compliance data reporting products and (OST) online service tool applications product specialist.  

Seeking a collaborative focused, partnership driven influencer who has the keen ability to build instant credibility and rapport with enterprise level cross functional teams globally in the US and UK. 

Will be responsible for the new world compliance data and reporting initiatives. Hands on data migration, data integration, data warehousing and data extraction expertise strongly desired.

The Business Intelligence Product Manager will have previous exposure to multiple BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, XML, and even possibly FIDO proprietary business intelligence centralized reporting engine. Aml related product expertise is strongly desired. 

The results driven collaborative Product Manager should be flexible with a history of being a customer influencer who engages the engineering team, market planners, pricing team, key stakeholders, as well as QA teams in order to standardize and modernize the product management lifecycle with multiple data products and business services.

Previous Project Management or Program Management experience preferred.

• Generates new ideas by analyzing product data for insights.


Go to Market & Product Marketing Lifecycle

• Supports the go to market strategy with good communication of customer requirements and timelines to stakeholders.

• Assists on launch plans through coordinated development with external customer facing teams such as marketing and sales.

• Answers sales and customer questions regarding feature function, pricing, packaging, value proposition and competition.

• Offers Train-the-Trainer sessions in support of operations for market rollout.


Product Delivery & Development Lifecycle

• Solves customer issues with product features that achieve business goals and metrics.

• Has a deep understanding of his/her feature area and develops prototypes.

• Participates in product discovery, according to defined process, for new product development.

• Manages portions of the product lifecycle.

• Familiar with SDLCs as identified by management e.g. agile, scrum


Strategy & Commercial Acumen

• Determines strategic product vision and priorities for a feature area, and shapes/champions future product direction.

• Creates product development plans including opportunity assessment and business case.


Technical Skills

• Considers high-level technical approaches to use when prioritizing functionality.

• Proficient in various technologies to assist day-to-day tasks (Excel, online research, BI applications, LNRS reporting systems)

• Firm grasp of data and technical architecture principles and best practices.

Experience and Education

Suggested Minimum Years of PM Experience: 4-6 years


Critical Experiences:

• Recognized as full owner of a product or multiple features.

• Identified, led and released changes or enhancements that improved customer in satisfaction and/or commercial impact.

• Demonstration of thorough product development knowledge, including the ability to develop related content and product plans.

• Successful participation in customer engagements.


Education to Qualify: Bachelors or Masters’ degree in a technical subject (Computer Science or Engineering discipline) is preferred, but not essential.
