Cirium, formerly Flightglobal, is looking for a rock star Product Manager to drive the product strategy and commercial success of its analytics offerings for finance customers.
The Product Manager, will initially be responsible for developing analytics to help our finance customers transform how they manage their aviation investments. This role will also work very closely with the product teams in other Cirium Market sectors to define and prioritise product investments for the future Aviation Asset Analytics offerings and extend the product team to drive innovation and growth.
Reporting to the Director, Product Management, Finance, this role, through extensive customer engagement and data analytics, will own the commercialisation, product strategy and long term roadmaps for our analytics offerings to the finance sector to align with the wider Cirium vision and objectives and meet near term financial objectives.
•         Develop and own the product roadmap for analytics for the Finance customer segment, whilst supporting analytics product development for other sectors
•         Embed a customer focused, data driven agile and lean product management process to existing and new product development to accelerate creation of product value
•         Develop go to market strategy and launch plans at the product level through coordination with stakeholders and be accountable for aligned execution across product, sales, marketing and other customer facing teams
•         Build strong cross functional communication and collaboration with other Cirium business functions, particularly sales, marketing and technology
•         Product management experience in a B2B technology/software/data/analytics field
•         Proven track record of developing and launching commercially successful analytics offerings
•         Management of agile product teams which deliver against business goals
•         Experience in prioritising product development resource allocation across a product portfolio to sustain existing product growth whilst enabling new product innovation
•         Demonstrated commercial awareness/acumen, with a particular focus on successfully planning and executing the go to market for new products, including pricing and sales channel readiness
•         Proven customer focus in driving and prioritising product development, utilising multiple sources of customer data to inform decisions
•         Excellent communicator, with experience of presenting to and building relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders and other business functions
•         Aviation and / or Finance sector experience preferred but not essential
•         Degree in a computer science or engineering discipline preferred
