The Role


We are looking for a Product Data Specialist to primarily focus on the ownership, analysis and resolution of data enquiries for the Accuity portfolio globally. 


The successful candidate will be responsible for the logging and distribution of all data enquiries into Salesforce, that originate from internal stakeholders and external customers, as well as providing dedicated support to the wider Data Operations, Product and Client Operations teams.   


The position requires an individual with a highly organised and customer focused approach to resolve data related issues and escalated complaints from internal and external stakeholders. The chosen candidate should be comfortable with identifying trends in customer enquiries and actively raising suggestions to improve the customer experience with ideas for process improvements and product enhancements. 


This is a role suited to someone with customer relationship experience and the ability to communicate and manage expectations of both internal and external stakeholders.


 

 

Key responsibilities  

Product Data Support


Provide product data support for Accuity clients and internal contacts

Managing incoming client queries received through multiple sources  within agreed SLA’s

Use appropriate software tools to diagnose proper resolution of customer questions and problems

Manage and develop procedures to ensure quality support for all Accuity products and to improve overall customer experience.

Analysing trends in customer enquiries to support future product enhancements and customer experience initiatives.

Identify leads and opportunities to help support the sales operation.


 


Knowledge and skills required


Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Strong client focused approach to work

Relationship and stakeholder management 

Proven ability to work independently

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to meet deadlines while working under pressure

Experience with working with various Microsoft technologies is essential, including MS Office, Visio
