The role we have open:
To support our growing business, the ICIS Marketing team is also expanding! We are looking for a detail-oriented leader with extensive experience in both online and offline marketing channels, as well as familiar with the latest technologies and trends in the digital marketing space.
 
The candidate will be managing our team of Marketing Specialists (spread-out in various countries/timezones) and will be working closely with the Regional/Product Marketing teams to deliver and drive optimum results from our marketing campaigns. This is a new role and plays a critical part in our leads generation, which feeds into ICIS’s new business acquisition.
 
 
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
•        Develop processes and strategies to increase efficiency, improve marketing channels performance and workforce productivity
•        Ensure marketing implementation plans are in place to support campaign briefs from the Regional and Product Marketing teams
•        Manage project timelines, team’s deliverables, efficiencies, quality of outputs and aim to deliver seamless service and meet KPIs
•        Ensure that the Marketing Operations team’s focus are aligned with the regional/product marketing goals and business priorities
•        Develop practical solutions for smooth running of internal operations, including addressing blockages and challenges as they arise
•        Research and evaluate new tools, latest marketing trends, technologies and innovations, and alternative methods/channels that can help accelerate our success
•        Actively identify the most effective, scalable approach to support the GTM plans and/or campaign execution requirements from the regional/product marketing teams
•        Develop tracking and performance dashboards/reports providing visibility and insights on how various channels and/or campaigns are working
•        Work with various functions to optimise our database and ensure quality, integrity and data compliance
•        Champion with Data Specialists crucial data projects such as: lead scoring, multi-touchpoint attribution model, potential revenue forecasting
•        Co-own with Marketing Technology team all aspects of our the various CRM, systems and technologies we use to support marketing campaigns execution
•        Identify business requirements for new technology or program and lead in the acquisition, implementation and integration of the new system
•        Manage operational budgets and costs effectively

 

 

Job Skills and Requirements
•        B2B marketing experience: At least 4 years experience with strong marketing technical skills and proven track record in using various channels to rollout campaigns. Experience in building and managing processes, workflows and developing KPIs.
•        Leadership skills: Ability to lead a team with diverse skills and personalities towards success. Able to manage critical elements involved in operations to meet business needs. Ability to understand the priorities of the business and knows how to align the focus of his/her direct reports.
•        Analytical and critical thinking: Aptitude for using data and assessing situations to identify obstacles and opportunities that can impact performance, deliverables and results
•        Independent and solutions-oriented: Demonstrated success in dealing with ambiguity, resourceful, knows how to overcome barriers, proactively finds solutions to problems, has the ability to make decisions with no (or limited) oversight
•        Attention to detail: Precise with accuracy, quality of work, documentation and step-by-step process
•        Project management: Juggle multiple projects in a dynamic, high-pressure environment, without losing track of timelines
•        Communication skills: Comfortable in presenting his/her team’s projects and results to various stakeholders. Can communicate complex ideas or very technical marketing terminologies to a lingo other functions can understand. Proactively reaches out to stakeholders to provide projects status.
•        Flexibility in working hours: Able to accommodate working outside the “usual” working hours of his/her timezone when required, such as global team conference calls, critical projects roll-out, etc
•        Good to have: Knowledge/experience on Adobe Analytics, Eloqua, Wordpress, Spredfast, Trello, Wrike, ReadyTalk, Tableau, Salesforce, Alteryx
