We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to join the our strong global ICIS marketing team, where you will be responsible for managing and carrying out both regional media relations, partnership and branding-related activities, as well as support global internal communications.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

  • Lead on regional PR and media relations, as well as partnerships on key sectors and identified commercial priorities
  •  Lead and support the delivery and development of effective communications campaigns and plans including company-wide engagement initiatives  
  • Inform, connect and inspire audiences with a focus on storytelling to create compelling narratives with the right key messages
  • Publish materials to internal websites and manage the global intranet site
  • Organise logistics and support content development for local internal events including; town halls, videos, webinars – with a focus on engagement activities for regional office
  •  Identify new and exciting formats , tools and capabilities to increase the quality of internal communications across the company
  • Work with the regional marketing team to align regional initiatives against the overall ICIS branding guidelines, establishing the voice of the brand across multi-channel touchpoints 
  • Juggle multiple projects in a dynamic, high-pressure environment
  • Travel occasionally to support events organization
  • Ability to work with multiple locations across times zones, requiring flexible working hours to accommodate conference calls at least once a week

Desired Skills and Experience:

  •  PR and brand experience (direct hands on experience) to support the overall branding communications and ensure this reflects in all marketing activities
  •  Effective communications experience with the ability to write content and draft stories  against mix of marketing channels
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications, including copywriting skills
  • Project management skills – ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work around deadlines
  • Experience of stakeholder management across different departments and geographies
