Job Purpose:

The Marketing & Content Manager, APAC will report to the Marketing Director, APAC.


·         Ensuring sales team have the right collateral to support them in customer interactions

·         Nurturing sales ready leads to maximise opportunity of purchase and renewal

·         Generating demand for solutions – targeting cross and up sell opportunities

·         Engaging customers and prospects in local market, prioritised by potential

·         Managing a locally executable marketing and communications strategy and plan

·         Help develop a network of relevant partners and alliance relationships to jointly deliver campaigns


Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:


·         Coordinate the design of promotional material and distribute in online and offline channels

·         Advertise products/services on various media

·         Plan interviews and press conferences

·         Produce localized marketing copy for our website in partneship with Marketing Strategy and Engagement Leaders

·         Track ROI for marketing campaigns in conjunction with Head of Marketing Ops

·         Join social media groups and professional platforms to discuss industry-related topics

·         Monitor corporate website and social media pages and address clients’ queries

·         Gather customer feedback to inform sales and product teams

·         Design content marketing strategies and set short-term goals

·         Undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets

·         Collaborate with design and marketing teams to produce high quality content

·         Develop editorial calendar, delegate tasks and ensure deadlines are met

·         Deliver engaging content on a regular basis and inspire team members

·         Edit, proofread and improve content

·         Share content through various channels, ensuring strong web presence

·         Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement

·         Measure campaign results

·         Partner with marketing events team to ensure we optimize our exposure



Key Skills Required

·         Proven work experience as a content marketing and communications specialist

·         Proficiency in WordPress or other Content Management Software

·         Understanding of web publishing requirements

·         Editorial mindset with an ability to predict audience preferences

·         Hands on experience with SEO and web traffic metrics

·         Expertise in social media platforms

·         Project management skills and attention to detail

·         Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Chinese


Experience Required:

·         Bachelors degree in Marketing, Journalism or equivalent.

·         10+ years of direct marketing experience in software/solutions/information technology sectors

·         Experience in the airline/aeropace/travel sector would be a great benefit

·         Japanese language skills would be an advantage
