This position provides first-line general HR support to employees, managers, and HR business partners in the areas of talent acquisition, learning and development, talent management, employee engagement, rewards and recognition, and workforce planning & analytics.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of assigned HR programs by providing data analysis, headcount reporting, dashboard management and attrition/retention trending to support the overall HR function 
  • Implement, project-manage and communicate ongoing company-wide initiatives such as engagement survey planning, talent calibration and management reviews, recognition program, employee onboarding, and career development
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly HR reports
  • Partner closely with HR team members to streamline internal processes
  • Work with Finance and Accounts Payable to ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices
  • Special projects as assigned 
Job Requirements
  • BA/BS in business, human resources, or related field
  • 1-3 yrs related work experience 
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills 
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Strong project management skills 
  • Solid analytical skills
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Powerpoint
