What’s it all about?

 

This is an exciting and diverse role within the growing UK marketing team. You will implement data-driven, original and high-quality B2B marketing campaigns promoting EG products and brand whilst applying a rigorous measurement approach.

Reporting to the EG Marketing Director, the role will interact internally within all areas of the UKI business plus other functions such as Strategy & Insight, Corporate Communications, HR, Legal, Senior Leadership and work closely with the marketing team, also based in London. Critically the role will ensure external creative and media agencies deliver excellent work to support marketing objectives, on time and on budget.

 

This role will focus on two key areas critical to the UKI business:
• Product marketing to support the Data business objectives and driving share in the f2f and online environment
• Brand marketing to drive brand health metrics


What You’ll Do

• Own the product and industry marketing GTM strategy for EG Digital Experience in partnership with our Commercial leaders; market positioning vs competitive landscape.
• Work collaboratively with our Marketing organization to drive demand programs and drive cross functional engagement with key stakeholders
• Competitive analysis - Specific focus on feeding back to corporate with competitive insights on local competitors
• Responsible for the development of go-to-market strategy, collateral, sales enablement, and thought leadership in order to enable success with our enterprise customers.
• Drive thought leadership strategy and initiatives in conjunction with internal marketing, PR, social, and field teams. Collaborate with product management teams to understand and build value props based on the product roadmap.
• Drive GTM marketing programs with public relations, analyst relations, events demand generation, and field marketing that cultivate pipeline, accelerate deals, and enable awareness at product launch and beyond.
• Serve as the business unit decision maker in the deal approval process, facilitate approval or escalation based on stated financial and business guidelines.
• Develop accurate, relevant and high-resonance messaging, and partner with internal teams to ensure implementation across all customer channels.
• Guide and manage marketing budget allocation and decisions in coordination with Campaign Marketing.

 

What You Need To Succeed

• Significant leadership experience with outbound marketing and/or product marketing, with demonstrated success and measurable results
• Ability to partner and engage with Senior Leadership and Strategic Customers across C-Suite.
• Experience working with enterprise platform and/or data management businesses
• Experience launching and nurturing business value propositions from infancy to maturation
• Large brand GTM, messaging and sales enablement experience
• Demonstrated experience taking complex solutions and messages to market
• Successful experience with retention marketing / driving active use after the sale
