The Role
HR at RELX is going through a huge modernisation program, we need experienced HR leaders to join us and shape the future of our organization. The Talent Development Centre of Excellence is a newly established, enterprise wide CoE that is responsible for driving the future performance, talent, learning, diversity and employee engagement strategy for the RELX Group. 
The Digital learning specialist is a critical role within the learning function that supports the identification of future learning needs across the business and translates these into a digital learning experience for our employees. You will partner closely with the learning solutions managers to understand the training needs, probing to extract key learning objectives and how this might translate into digital content requirements. This role will have responsibility for developing the content into learning modules on the digital platform as well as identify innovative ways to deliver a modern learning approach to our employees. 
The ideal candidate will be inquisitive, challenge the status quo and have an innovative approach to learning. 
Job Specific Responsibilities

- Design and maintain the learning needs analysis tools and database for the organisation
- Design and develop digital training materials and content aimed at a global professional audience.  
- Create and curate content delivered via Percipio
- Identify 3rd party content that can be supported by Percipio
- Own the development of custom channels on the platform, aggregating content into a single place to drive the employee experience. 
- Places technology at the forefront of learning, assesses the potential to utilize social learning, communities of practice, gamification, VR/AI learning 
- Work with subject matter experts and stakeholders to embed learning that is fit for purpose and engaging., specifically assisting the cultural change towards digital learning
- Analyse and interpret learner tracking data on the digital platform and feedback, continually improving the learning experience. 
- Continually analyze alternative learning technologies and trends, contribute to the evolution of RELX learning methodologies and tools
- Storyboard digital learning and briefing solutions and design well written audio/narration scripts

Background and experience
- Learning solutions architecture experience. Extensive instructional design experience in a digital learning environment (simulations, video scripting, gamification, social learning)
- Knowledge and experience of latest digital learning trends – evidence of creating dynamic, impactful learning 
- Strong interpersonal skills 
- Collaborative and team oriented 
- Experience of digital authoring software e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Articulate, Storyline
- Coding skills/HTML5
- Digital graphic design skills
- Digital learning design degree or equivalent experience
