Data Specialist - Accuity - East Grinstead

Our Data Operations area ensures that data in our products is comprehensive and up-to-date and we are looking for a Data Specialist to join our expanding team, based in our East Grinstead office.

Job Purpose:

The role, reporting to the Lead Data Specialist – KYC, is responsible for proactive research to aid data and product development in line with business strategy and providing support to internal and external customers relating to KYC data queries. 

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

  • Analyse data coverage and currency to identify areas in need of development
  • Seek out potential new sources for existing and new data sets by proactively developing and leveraging relationships with data providers and internal/external customers
  • Identify and research Industry trends and regulatory changes, assessing impact on content and products. Assisting with the implementation of content methodologies as required.
  • In conjunction with the Lead Data Specialist work with Product Management assisting in the development of existing and new products, from inception through to delivery
  • 1st line support for internal and external customer KYC data queries. Assessing, monitoring and taking action to resolve as appropriate
