This position exists to sell and support Risk solutions products to small sized business customers who use LexisNexis Online Solutions. Base business retention and sales campaigns to bring back lost accounts in all three State and Local Government verticals. This position focuses on sales and administrative support aspects of LexisNexis, Accurint, and other Risk Management products, such as assisting customers and employees with customer billing inquires, creating reports, problem solving, and collecting customer comments and feedback.
Accountabilities 
  • Support all aspects of customer contact and service for lexis.com, Accurint and other accounts.  
  • Develop good team relationships to handle communication and workflow with sales teams and other internal organizations. 
  • Network effectively with internal departments to help solve problems, minimize delays, and reach solutions. 
  • Work closely with sales reps to pass along sales opportunities
Qualifications
  • 2-4 years proven customer service experience.
  • 4 year degree required 
  • Strong customer satisfaction and communication skills. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills. 
  • Two plus years of experience servicing customer accounts. 
  • Proven ability to promptly manage and respond to numerous tasks and initiatives. 
  • Ability to work as part of a team, accomplishing mutual team goals. 
  • Ability to adjust to shifting priorities and deadlines
