Client Services Executive


Accuity sets the global standard for payment efficiency, compliance and financial counterparty solutions. The Client Services team provides support for billing, fulfilment and post sales queries for all worldwide Accuity customers and Sales Teams ensuring accuracy from order to invoice.


Job Purpose:

Working in the UK, responsible for the sales order processing for an internationally based sales team.  The UK team handle orders for the EMEA/APAC regions, from the point of QC check in SalesForce.com through to invoicing.  This includes any follow up of order related queries, to ensure accurate product fulfilment, billing, cash collection and timely revenue recognition. 


Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the order validation process in Salesforce for a portfolio of customers.
  • Working within established KPI’s, ensure accuracy for all quotes to deliver accurate billing and revenue recognition.
  • Establish relationships with relevant Sales personnel offering support and guidance with order entry to ensure data integrity of CRM and billing systems.
  • Provide fulfilment of online products to customers and accurate updating and maintenance of the access and entitlement data.
  • Manage any customer query, liaising between Sales, Legal and Finance to ensure swift query resolution.
  • Work alongside fellow Client Services team members to ensure workflows are maintained and best business practice followed in line with established audit requirements.
  • Establish strong working relationships with all Client Services teams to ensure consistency of first class support for all Accuity customers
  • Able to prioritise multiple tasks whist managing own workload.


Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM system
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Well organised and able to multi task
  • Able to work to deadlines whilst demonstrating flexibility
  • Good communications skills
  • Good team player with a positive and proactive attitude
