To serve as the primary day to day customer contact for LexisNexis’ healthcare customers.  The Client Services Associate supports the business to ensure quality and timeliness of product implementations and customer satisfaction in support of new and existing systems for various clients. The Client Services Associate serves as member of the MarketView (MV) Professional Services team responsible for delivery of MV projects to customers in the Life Sciences or Provider verticals. As required, work with line of business Product Managers, Project Managers, and/or QA to ensure the delivery of high quality, high value technology solutions to the business. 

  • Provide client support with oversight from Leadership. 
  • Delivery of MV projects to customers in the Life Sciences or Provider verticals
  • Assist with product implementations and day to day client services of multiple accounts, removing roadblocks, direct client questions to the appropriate parties, managing conflicting priorities amongst customers, and coordinate implementation project plan as requested.
  • Independently develop, plan, and execute project via combination of standard internal tools and engaging with the technical development team as appropriate
  • Perform quality assurance on deliverables and deliver to customer   
  • Maintain positive client relationships at the appropriate levels. 
  • Responsible, along with Leadership, for customer satisfaction. 
  • Assist in planning and the continuous improvement of development and project processes.   
  • This role requires someone to be solution oriented and to make the customer’s effort as seamless as possible.  
  • Other duties as assigned. 
  • Bachelor degree in business, computer science or related field (epidemiology, pharmaceutical marketing, statistics, or field related to healthcare a plus).  
  • Min 3 years of related experience.   
  • Experience in Customer Service, within the healthcare industry a plus. 
  • Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple internal or external projects. Ability to plan, manage and deliver tactical project deliverables. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and organizational skills.  
  • Ability to build customer relationships and continually monitor customer satisfaction within designated accounts.  
  • Suggest opportunities for service improvement leading to increased customer satisfaction. 
  • Strong computer skills; Word, PowerPoint, and Excel required.
  • Technical skills around data exploration and analysis using tools such as SQL, Excel, Access, or equivalent.
