Key skills and experience:

  • Previous experience as a Salesforce.com administrator and/or developer essential

  • Saleforce.com Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified; Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Developer certifications preferred

  • Experience of Pardot preferred

  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.

  • Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity

  • A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements and technical issues / solutions to non-technical stakeholders

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate across all levels of the business.

  • Strong analytical skills with the capability to review and manipulate large volumes of data to reach sound conclusions.  Good attention to detail.

  • Self-starter, able to work autonomously as well as part of a team.

  • The versatility to work on several projects at once and prioritise their own time.

  • Ability to build and maintain positive rapport with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
