Relationship Executive

  • Retention and Grow the territory revenue base through effective client relationship

  • Achievement of territory market share, penetration/customer retention and growth targets.

  • Effectively identify and develop sales opportunities to grow each customer spend by providing a total solution selling approach.

  • Build effective relationships with key stakeholders in strategic and designated accounts with the purpose of expanding the penetration of LexisNexis solution

  • Effectively identify and develop sales opportunities to develop a sales pipeline using prescribed sales methodology

  • Upsell/uplift Pipeline with a minimum of three times coverage of the monthly or quarterly retention target.







  • Diploma or Degree qualified (degree preferred)

  • Some understanding of Malaysia’s legal market and system would be ideal but not necessary

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Sales within a prominent organization where structure sales and consultative selling approaches are used. 

  • Account management planning and pipeline development experience.

  • Demonstrated performance against sales objectives and targets.

  • Experience and training in high level account management and client relationship development.

  • High level presentation skills (essential).

  • Well-developed verbal communication skills (essential).
