People in this position design, develop and deliver learning material designed to fill knowledge gaps in adult learners. They also develop methods for testing knowledge retention by implementing appropriate testing methodology. Following corporate, legal, and team guidelines, they publish documentation in a variety of formats through appropriate channels.  They work with management to understand business needs and develop deliverables to address them.  They have an understanding of adult learning principles.  They have a knowledge of current state training development software. They are able to develop training materials by using the most current technology.  They provide tracking and reporting metrics related to training programs including monthly/quarterly dashboards.


  • Partner with department leaders, quality teams, and business analysts to assess learning development needs and key competency gaps at all employee levels.  Work with leadership team to prioritize needs/gaps and recommend the appropriate learning solution and materials and to capture, track and report on specific employee training activity and results for assigned business. 
  • Manage the implementation and rollout of all aspects of learning programs.  Coordinate all live (instructor led) programs to include scheduling/booking space and other training related logistics. 
  • Design, document, and deliver product training materials and or programs utilizing the most effective delivery method and technologies.  Product training includes, but is not limited to user guides for online use, webinars, and live presentations. This may include creating graphics, taking screenshots, maintaining templates, and preparing source files for publication.
  • Produce clear, accurate, and easy-to-use electronic help files, printed and online manuals, knowledge base articles, system-to-system technical reference materials, compliance documents, internal operating procedures, technical white papers, or other information in standard English to aid non-technical and technical users in understanding how to use systems and processes.
  • Gather requirements from a variety of source materials and subject matter experts through interviews, research, and analysis; use this information to design and produce necessary documentation and training material. Test and evaluate training material against audit results in a continuous quality process.
  • Contribute to maintaining and enhancing departmental standards and best practices.
  • Work with manager, product manager, development manager, and others to plan software documentation release schedules.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time according to the delivery schedule, meet quality standards, and are within budget, using creative means to ensure timely review turnarounds.
  • Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with diverse groups including: Product Management, Market Planning, Engineering, Technical Support, Marketing, and Sales to facilitate learning about and addressing customer needs and technical issues related to our product lines.
  • Perform additional duties as required. 


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2-5 years’ experience in designing and delivering training programs to diverse populations.
  • 2-4 years’ experience in contact center environment a plus.
    Strong management and interpersonal skills to work effectively with management to develop and implement training.
  • Solid computer and technical skills to create and support product line is desired.  
    Knowledge of FCRA, LexisNexis Risk Solutions systems and products preferred.
    Ability to manage workflow and manage multiple concurrent projects with tight deadlines, with minimal supervision.
  • Understanding of adult learning theory and application.
  • Preferred: Familiarity and understanding of Visio, Confluence, DocuWiki, Camtasia, and Alfresco.
