  • 3+ years of experience in managing recruiting social media presence.  at least 2 years experience with managing and fulfilling social media campaigns; experience setting up optimized social media accounts specific to recruiting talent from campus thru experienced professional roles; ability to work well across departments to get things done; experience with training in a work environment, strong communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Journalism, English, Communications, or Marketing
  • Experience in managing recruiting social media, channels and events strategy. Basic skillset using Adobe Photoshop or InDesign or equivalent.
  • Understanding of social media landscape, best practices, and platforms including platform features, management, metrics, content requirements, and trends
  • Outstanding written and presentation skills, including PowerPoint presentation development, editing and proof reading
  • Strong skills and prior experience leading, coordinating and participating in recruiting events, large conferences
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, with multiple and changing priorities while maintaining strong focus on execution and results.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with an ability to communicate at all levels of an organization both internally and externally.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up, budgeting, and time management skills.
