The Role:

The Digital Marketing Specialist will contribute to the creation, execution, and management of digital marketing programs for the US and several global teams. These programs include PPC, SEO, website and landing page A/B testing, and email campaigns - all driven by Analytics. 

The person in this role will work with internal teams and partner with agencies to ensure digital marketing programs effectively meet/exceed business goals.  You will support country marketing plans and contribute to significant growth in new business for the organization.

What You’ll Do:

SEO/PPC and Digital Programs

·         Collaborates with leadership and marketing managers to understand their target audience, value propositions and competitive landscape, to assist in the management and execution of appropriate SEM strategies across digital channels.

·         Assists with SEO/PPC and digital programs working with a global team of marketing managers responsible for various market segments and products. 

·         Audits global campaign performance and works on A/B testing, tracks PPC campaign performance, lead attribution, and ad optimization.

Stakeholders, agencies and third parties

·         Works collaboratively with digital agencies on local digital programs to achieve optimal results within budget.

·         Works with internal digital teams responsible for the various global websites to ensure updates and changes are made to drive optimal performance.

Reporting & Analytics

·         Contributes to creating and improving analytics and tracking of digital metrics for global team which can be shared with Sr. Leadership as needed.

·         Helps to analyze and extract insights from marketing campaigns, digital promotional campaigns and website traffic data, identifies relevant trends.  Provides recommendations for continual improvement.


·         Works effectively across marketing disciplines, and cross-functionally across the company, to understand and deliver on business requirements. 

·         Leverages and shares best practices from various markets and expands those globally. 

·         Perform other duties as assigned

·         Bachelor’s degree

·         2+ years of “hands on” experience in SEO/SEM; expertise in SEO strategy, keyword research, PPC Optimization, and SEO/SEM tools

·         Experience using Google Analytics to increase leads/conversions/sales

·         Experience working with/for a paid search agency

·         Demonstrated knowledge of HTML, Content Management Systems, and web technologies

·         Experience working with Trello project management or similar tool

·         Demonstrated results in improving paid and organic search metrics/results

·         Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

·         Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills

·         Is energized by solving challenges

·         Highly self-motivated 

·         Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with an ability to communicate at all levels of an organization both internally and externally.

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple and changing priorities while maintaining strong focus on execution and results

·         Strong team player who values teamwork and cooperation


Nice to Have:

·         Agency experience is preferred! 

·         Experience with Pardot or similar Marketing Automation tools

·         Experience using Moz or SEM Rush

·         Experience with SpyFu

·         A good sense of humor, and appreciation for helping others grow and succeed!
