Job Description:
This position exists, through collaboration with the sales team, to serve a portfolio of customers and support the sales team with the necessary administrative foundations for achievement of revenue, customer satisfaction, process improvement, and market penetration objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
• Partner with the field sales team to serve the customer and ensure their journey is as seamless as possible.
• Build effective working relationships with customers, the sales team and internal stakeholders.
• Acts as a liaison between Sales, Onboarding and Fulfilment, Credentialing, Customer Support, Legal, Finance and Customer Operations teams providing a single point of contact for all sales related processes, ensuring Time to Revenue is minimised.
• Working closely with both customers and the sales team, provide commercial, reporting & administrative support to a vertically aligned team.
• Be a direct point of contact for the customer, including the handling of incoming customer queries & account development.
• Identify customer problems & challenges that lead to future sales opportunities by being the point contact for day to day enquiries.
• Monitoring of schedules/diaries to ensure the smooth running of sales activities, coordinate the quarterly relationship assessment plan.
• Be the ‘last line of defence’ for data hygiene management within the CRM system, ensuring that customer accounts, opportunities and communication records are kept up to date and accurate.
• Provide support to our prospects/clients with regards to general enquiries.
• Ensure the smooth transition of new and existing projects by contacting clients and liaising with internal teams within the Company.
• Help identify areas in which to improve sales procedures and the tools/systems used by the team.  
• Support the preparation of proposals, contracts and other documentation for new and existing clients on behalf of the team.
• Carry out general day to day duties as and when required to ensure the smooth running of the business or individual commercial departments
• Perform other duties as reasonably assigned.


Skills & Experience:
• Higher education qualifications
• Previous experience working in a B2B environment with high value corporate clients.
• Comfortable using Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong administrative background.
• Experience of working as part of a sales team
• Demonstrate excellent work ethic and drive to succeed.
• Self-motivated with ability to work well within a team whilst understanding how important individual performance is.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both colleagues and clients.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent client service skills
• Customer-first mind-set, and the ability to deliver results on time.
