Title- Assistant Manager - HRBP

Location- Gurgaon

Role-

The role will provide inventive, commercially appropriate and pragmatic solutions to issues faced by Employees, develops action plans for change and ensures the implementation of initiatives for assigned divisions/businesses. The role will also support in day to day routine HR Operations deliverables as well as work on HR Projects and special initiatives launched from time to time.

·         Commercially and pragmatically manage escalations regarding hiring within defined timelines in close coordination with internal stake holders & RPO for hiring.

·         Responsible for Smooth onboarding experience – ensuring timely  Completion of all on-boarding, pre joining and post joining documentation and formalities( like Bank A/Cs & so on) within defined timelines.

 

 

·         Close Coordination with TA partner on hiring within SLA

 

·         Successful Onboarding of the new joinees.

Employee Life Cycle Management

·         Update headcount, recruitment and other HR reports submitted on a regular basis.

·          Managing hiring/extension/resignation processes including Contract administration, new hire orientation, resignation procedure, including Fixed Term employees and temporary staff.

·         Review and administer HR procedures, processes and reporting

·         Maintenance of p-files, policies, employee’s handbook and HR documents.

·         Drive 100% updation of Employee data on Workday

·         100% timely & accurate submission of reporting requirements.

Employee Engagement & Business Partnership

·         Provide active support to People Managers, on HR issues such as reward, employee relations, talent acquisition, performance, organisational development and change, continuous improvement, culture, leadership as well as learning and development.

·         Be an active and influential player enabling the effective analysis of People Development & Engagement Needs and deliver appropriate solutions.

·         Timely & effective execution of Engagement Calendar and other initiatives

·         eNPs Progress - Create Visible impact in engagement pulse on floor.

Drive Operational Effectiveness & Compliance (Not limited to ER)

·         HR Operations

o    Accountable for ensuring HR priorities are implemented within business and ensure HR service delivery on issues and confirm adequacy of resolution

o    Support roll out of Asia HR Initiatives & other project as assigned.

·         Compliance

           Support strict compliance with matters related to both direct Employee Relations like Prevention of Sexual Harassment as well as broad compliances related to People Management such Business Continuity Program, Compliance Training & so on.

Accurate & effective administration of HR Processes to enhance employee experience.

Education: Specialized/ Technical

·         Minimum Post-Graduation in HRM or related discipline is preferable

Experience

·         7+ years generalist HR experience (within a minimum of 2 years in HRBP role)

·         HR Project Management experience required.

·         HR Operations and presentation skills

 

Competencies

·         Proven ability to multi task and manage end to end responsibility

·         High degree of comfort with numbers and process oriented approach

·         Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability of handling multiple tasks, priorities and directives.

·         Should be a strong contributor, a confident communicator, and have a flair for managing complexity.
