Bachelor Degree
At least 2 years in a customer service position.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience in handling customer complaints, troubleshooting and resolution.
Fluent Cantonese, English & Mandarin.
Good Skills in MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint.
CRM experience an advantage
