Transfer & Rates Support Consultant (LexisConvey)


We are on the search for an enthusiastic conveyancing expert with transfers and/or rates experience to join our diverse team of professionals in our Customer Support Center. This role can offer the right person an opportunity to make use of their conveyancing knowledge while stepping into a new environment servicing clients of our well known and respected product, LexisConvey.

Key Responsibilities:

·     Dealing directly with clients in a friendly, helpful and efficient manner (telephonically, via email, remote support and live chat)

·     Diagnosing and resolving support calls or addressing requests with a minimum number of tickets needing to be escalated

·     Owning problems / requests until they are resolved to the client’s satisfaction

·     Assisting customers remotely using Team Viewer

·     Recording all actions taken to resolve ticket

·     Tickets are recorded accurately, comprehensively and timeously (meeting all QA standards)

·     Handover to regions where client requires on site assistance

·     Keeping up to date with and being familiar with all products supported by the CSC including changes (updates), before it is rolled out to clients

Desired Experience:

·     Grade 12/ Matric

·     Minimum of 5 years working experience in Conveyancing environment, with a specific focus on Transfers and or Rates Clearance certificates

·     Experience working on LexisConvey (advantageous)

·     Good working knowledge of Windows, outlook and MS Office (must have good Word skills)

·     Excellent telephone manner and communication skills

·     Paralegal Certificate advantageous

·     A+ and or N+ qualification advantageous
