The Customer Training Specialist is responsible for providing best-in-class telephonic and web training to our customers across Canada.  Training is provided in English on our major online products (Lexis Advance Quicklaw, Quicklaw (Rosetta), Lexis Practice Advisor, etc.)



This role will assist in onboarding new customers to our products, as well as playing a key role in the monitoring of usage and retention of existing business.  Identifying possible upsell and cross-sell opportunities is part of the role.  This role will work collaboratively with the rest of the business to ensure a positive customer experience.


Technical Competencies

 

1.        Microsoft Office, especially Word, Outlook & PowerPoint.

Intermediate to Advanced

2.        Salesforce.com

Basic

3.        Online research services

Intermediate to Advanced

4.        Web presentation software/sites (Webex, Lync, Clearslide, Jing, etc.)

Intermediate to Advanced

5.        Video creation experience (Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, etc.) – one position only

Intermediate 

Other Qualifications/Requirements:

 

1.        Knowledge of Legal Industry

Intermediate to Advanced (preferred)

2.        Training Experience (min 2 years)

Advanced

3.        Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

 

4.        Bilingual English/French
