Our Requirements:

  • MA education level, or equal level obtained by working experience
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in managing a team
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel
  • Fluent in English (strong written and verbal communication)
  • Prefarably experienced in working in a matrix organization
  • Knowledge of CRM systems - Seibel or Salesforce
  • Results oriented; Customer-Service focused
  • Skilled at project & change management
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate business needs, assess workload, prioritize projects and make adjustments within a dynamic fast-paced work environment
  • Strong Interpersonal skills, relationship building, collaboration and team building skills
  • Strong communication (verbal and written)
  • Strong organizational abilities and analytical skills
