1. 5-7 years' recruiting experience including 5 years' corporate experience managing a minimum of ~20 reqs at any one time

2. Proven success with multiple sourcing channels including direct and proactive social media sourcing experience

3. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills

4. As required: a subject matter expertise i.e. campus recruitment experience AND/OR sales or technology recruitment experience

5. Well-honed business acumen

6. Maturity, positive 'can do' attitude and a sense of humor

7. Undergraduate degree

8. Experience with a global RPO model preferred.
