Sr Product Manager, Identity Access Management Solutions

This position requires through understanding of Identity Access Management solutions/technologies, comfort conveying the value of a proposed solution to both technical and business audiences, experience with development and integration tasks for Identity solutions. Interest/experience with Consumer IAM, DevOps, micro-services, IOT, and insurance vertical expertise is a plus.


Strong understanding of Customer Identity verification and Authentication technology and best practices. Deep understanding of cyber security and evolving challenges and how Identity Access Management address those challenges.


Technical and Product knowledge of Device authentication solutions and hands on experience with few of the market solutions. Ability to come up with new product ideas and articulate effectively within the organization and conduct formal VOC with customers. Experience with executing GTM processes and leading the team to delivery of the product.


Also able to monitor product performance, provide customer support, function as subject matter expert supporting customers both internal and external, handle product pricing and deliver product training.

Primary Accountabilities:
  • Delivery of pre-sales activities including; developing and planning conceptual solution presentations, conceptual/proposed solution demonstrations, providing technical/product guidance in meetings, responding to RfXs (RFP/RFI/RFE), and clearly and effectively communicate solution value to business and technical audiences
  • Provide technical guidance to customers and partners via customized demonstrations, Proof of Concepts, and technical workshops
  • Engage in tech talks, meet-ups, blogs, and other public facing activities to promote LexisNexis Risk Solutions Identity Access Management and show thought leadership in the Identity space.
  • Hand off pre-sales efforts to a post-sales service delivery team.
  • Develop and deliver materials to the appropriate marketing and sales organizations which convey the purpose and details of the product, definition of its user, benefits to the customer, customization capabilities, and competitive comparison.
  •  Monitor day-to-day operations of product(s). Respond to and resolve issues.
  • Manage the ongoing life cycle responsibilities for insurance data products.
  • Evaluate new functionality that should be applied to existing products.
  • Monitor the release process and placement of new products or enhancements in a release.
  • Analyze product management and financial reports, identifying and reporting on trends and issues on a daily/monthly/yearly basis.
  • Track product unit, revenue, cost, and profitability performance, including monitoring of current year production versus budget and prior year.
  • Set, monitor, audit and maintain customer product rates.
  • Participate in the preparation of annual revenue and cost budgets for assigned product(s).
  • Monitor customer forecasts and production volumes.
  • Conduct market share and product participation analysis, addressing issues as identified.
  • Demonstrated experience in planning, organizing, and managing multiple analytic projects with diverse cross-functional stakeholders
  • BA/BS, MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience leading product management functions, preferably in an electronic information industry or insurance industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of product development and evaluation processes.
  • Strong oral and written communications skills
  • Solid understanding of financial responsibilities.
  • Broad knowledge of the insurance industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise with problem analysis and solving.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage changing and multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work and to meet deadlines in a fast paced and challenging environment.
  • Ability to achieve and maintain positive rapport with diverse customers to give them high quality, responsive service.
  • Ability to work independently while keeping management appropriately informed.  
  • Ability to adapt to new environments, adjusts to situations or demands, and function effectively in them with a minimum of confusion or loss of productivity.
