WHAT’S EXCITING ABOUT SPONSORSHIP FULFILLMENT?
The Sponsorship Fulfillment Team at Reed Exhibitions is a dynamic group of detail-oriented individuals who execute our exhibitors’ sponsorship programs. The team works closely with many other departments, as well as with exhibitors themselves, to ensure all deliverables are met and managed to deadlines.  We’re looking for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, but also likes the behind-the-scenes work that makes an event come to life, as this role lives in the middle of these two worlds!  Are you enthusiastic, a great communicator, love to collaborate, adaptable to many different situations and people, ready to juggle multiple projects, detail-oriented, and excited to work in a fast-paced environment?  If so, get ready for the ride!
 
BRING YOUR PASSION AND EXPERTISE:
SFMs are responsible for the ongoing oversight and execution of all exhibitor media programs, logistics and overall execution against exhibitor customer experience before, during and after the event.
  • Work directly with exhibitors to collect sponsorship materials
  • Manage advertising and media sales submissions on a timely basis and process through multiple tracking systems
  • Manage day-to-day outreach to ensure proactive and effective touchpoints across a targeted list of customers
  • Manage the complete print material process, including production timelines, editing (proofreading, checking for spelling, grammar, clarity and consistency with Style Guidelines), and liaising with the graphic designer for completion of the print pieces
  • Manage the execution of media sales onsite at assigned shows
  • Work closely with Event Sales team and partner groups to ensure a successful Customer Experience for assigned portfolio

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLSETS:

            Education

Bachelor’s degree
 

            Knowledge and Skills

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills; ability to communicate in a professional manner
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Demonstrates Personal Motivation
  • Ability to quickly learn and utilize sales data systems
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel (advanced knowledge preferred), Word and Power Point
  • Understanding and/or proficient in Web Advertising, Graphic Design, and Social Media Channels

        Experience

Two to three years in Business environment – preferably in Marketing, Marketing Services, Sales, Sales Operations, Sales Support or Web Marketing

   Travel: As required
